Boneless Air- fryer Pork Chops

Mei gave me a Air- Fryer. I wanted to buy one but Gabe insisted I didn't need another kitchen toy. Now who uses it all the time? Dearest Hubby! He likes putting his fries in it.

I never made pork in the air fryer and wanted to try it.

Air fryer boneless pork chops are a wonderful and quick dinner to make. Here's a basic recipe to help you create them:

Ingredients:

Boneless pork chops

Salt and pepper (to taste)

4 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tsp.  ground mustard

1 tsp. onions powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

 1 tablespoon Paprika (optional)

Olive oil or frying spray

Directions:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for around 5 minutes.

Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (if preferred). Adjust the seasonings according to your taste preferences.

Lightly coat the air fryer basket or rack with olive oil or cooking spray to avoid sticking.

Place the seasoned pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they're not overlapping to ensure uniform cooking.

Cook the pork chops in the air fryer for around 10 to 15 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time. The actual cooking time may vary based on the thickness of the pork chops and the unique model of your air fryer. It's crucial to cook them until they achieve an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness.

Once the pork chops are cooked to your preferred doneness, take them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This enables the liquids to disperse and provides tender and juicy pork chops.

Serve the air fryer boneless pork chops with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.

Note: Cooking durations might vary based on the thickness of the pork chops and the unique model of your air fryer. It's usually a good idea to check the internal temperature using a meat thermometer to ensure they are properly done.

  1. Myra here again. You had told me you made this when your power went out. I don't have an air fryer, will pass this on to those who do. Looks great.

  2. We bought a large pork loin and I cut a few chops off of it. I wanted to use the fryer since it took a short time to cook
