Ingredients:
3 pounds Brussel sprouts
1/2 cups butter ( or you can use olive oil)
Juice from 3 to 4 limes
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut the sprouts in half. Cut each half into julienned strips
Heat the large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter then add the sprouts and saute until tender- about 6 to 10 minutes.
Season with the lime juice and add salt and pepper to taste.
Gabe won't touch brussel sprouts. Aldi had them on sale this week and it's been so long since I've had them, into the cart they went.
I've had the Suzanne Summers book for ages and this recipe was in it.
Another one to share....I am not a brussel sprout fan, but this sounds like another good one to share.
