Ingredients:
1 box (18 ounces) brownie mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips (optional, but recommended)
Pour the brownie mix into a bowl. Add the eggs, oil, vanilla and flour. Mix well.
Stir in the chocolate chips, if using.
Roll the dough into balls (about 1 1/2 inches) and put them onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them sit on the cookie sheet about 10 more minutes before removing to cool.
I made these for Kenny who works at the gym. His birthday was the 22 of February.
These look so good. I might make them for Freddy's birthday. Will have to buy a box of brownie mix. Thanks for the yummy chocolate recipe.
ReplyDeleteI used the tiny chocolate chips. Myra, I had to get these OUT of the house- they were that good.
DeleteI made these today and I should have used the mini chips. The big ones are too big.....they came out good tho. The dough is so sticky, and I had some problem with rolling them into a ball. I did some as drop from a spoon. Luckily I just put them in a container, otherwise I wouldn't have any left to take with me tomorrow. Yummy !!!
DeleteI know, they are SO good!
