Caramel apple smoothie

 




Ingredients:

1 frozen bananas

handful of spinach

2 dates 

1/2 green apple

cinnamon

splash of milk- your choice of milk

almond butter ( I used a caramel almond butter)


Directions:

To make it, blend frozen bananas, spinach, green apple pieces, dates,  cinnamon, milk, almond butter and ice. Then top with more apple pieces and cinnamon, and enjoy!

  1. Interesting sounding smoothie. You find the most interesting recipes. Going to have to look for caramel almond butter. I looked it up and Walmart has it.
