Chocolate, Peanut butter, Oatmeal and Banana cookies

 

Ingredients:

1 large very ripe banana- peeled

1 18.25 package chocolate cake mix

1/2 cup any type peanut butter

1 large egg

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 1/2  peanut butter baking chips ( I used white chocolate chips)

3/4 cup quick cooking oats

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Mash Banana in a large bowl with a potato masher or fork, Mix in the cake mix, peanut butter, egg and oil with a wooden spoon until blended.

Mix in the chips and oats

Drop by tablespoon 2 inches apart onto prepared sheets

Bake 10 to 13 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.

remove and let cook on wire rack

Gave these out at easter. They are pretty good
