Ingredients:
16 ounces medium fresh mushrooms
1 cup white vinegar
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 "good shakes" of Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Blanch mushrooms for 1 minute.
Drain well.
Place in a quart jar or other container with a cover
Mix vinegar, sugar, garlic salt and Worcestershire and tabasco.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer until sugar dissolves. Pour over mushrooms.
Refrigerate for at least one day
