Lemon Ginger Cucumber Detox Juice




 Ingredients:

2- 3 cups fresh water ( add more if you want a thinner juice)

1 large cucumbers, peeled + diced

1 medium ginger root, peeled + roughly chopped

 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 medium Granny smith apple, skin on + sliced


Honey to taste


Directions:

Add water, diced cucumber, ginger, apple and lemon juice to a blender.  

Blend unto throughly combined.

Add honey and blend again.

  1. I am so in awe of you Linda. You eat so healthy and take such care to exercise. I have to admit, since I moved, I have been not eating and exercising as I used to. Going to try and do more good things for myself. As soon as the weather is a bit warmer, I am going to do what I need to get back on track. I need motivation. It is so easy to just sit these days.

    1. Since we went to Sasha's party last December I gained back ALL the weight I lost. Then with the surgery last month and going into January I have been a total slug. I'm trying but nothing is coming off. Maybe when I go back to the gym. WE can motivate EACH OTHER!

    2. Sounds like a plan.....But you eat so healthy and you ride your bike so much.....You will get back to riding and doing the right stuff....I have faith in you.
