Citrus Carrot Contentment




 Ingredients

2 oranges, peeled

1⁄ 3 cup plain nonfat yogurt

2 cups frozen pineapple

1 cup carrot juice


Directions:

In blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Makes 4 servings.



 Bonus! Compounds in oranges ease stress in as little as two minutes.

    1. When I went into the city I would try to pick up a Orange Julius, I made a few at home but this is DELICIOUS!
