Ingredients
2 oranges, peeled
1⁄ 3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 cups frozen pineapple
1 cup carrot juice
Directions:
In blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Makes 4 servings.
Bonus! Compounds in oranges ease stress in as little as two minutes.

This looks and sounds really good. Reminds me of an Orange Julius.
