  1. Linda my Son thought I was the best Carrot Cake maker in the world.. Little did he know I used a box carrot cake from Betty Crocker. I always peeled a carrot so he thought I made it from scratch.. I wonder if this smoothie would taste like a home made Carrot cake. I need to try this smoothie.. I will also send this recipe to his wife to try.. Hopefully John will like it as much as he liked my Carrot Cake.. All these years he still thinks my Carrot cake is the best.. :-] Thanks for yet another great recipe to try.. And it doesn't come from a box . An extra bonus..

    1. Dottie- I've only made carrot cake once. Gabe isn't a big fan of it. I'm not sure if it taste like the actual carrot cake but I loved it and it filled me up!

LOL Dottie- you sneaky little devil ( Huge SMILE) If you can pass a box cake off as homemade KIDDOS Girlfriend.

Thanks also for sharing the recipe.
      Hugs
