Instant Pot Limoncello

 




On one of our diving trips many years ago, I picked up a bottle of Limoncello in a duty free shop. I enjoyed it and since my lemon tree has quite a few lemons I wanted to try making it.



This is the Recipe I used.

  1. Yum this looks great. I know a lot of people keep their bottles in the freezer. Guess it is good really cold. Enjoy

    1. There is a cute you tube with an older Italian man who make limoncello. He lets it sit for 30 days in a dark cool place ( you know I would FORGET where I put it!)

      He puts the glass in the freezer then adds the limoncello. I might try that.
