Happy Halloween From MM

It's been a VERY long time since MM has made an appearance on the blog.

He's 8 years old now. Two years ago we almost had to help him cross the rainbow bridge. He was in such pain and vet put him on an opioid.  The opioid almost killed him. I realized that one of the problems was the opioid and we took him off of it.

He now gets laser treatment for this hips. He's in pretty good shape for his age.

Here's to the bonus years we have had and pray he will enjoy more years with us.

    1. You know what? He loves getting his picture taken. No problem having him sit still. It was like- I remember doing this once a week.

Goodbye Max was a 2 tissue box.

I crushes your heart when you have to say goodbye. Our first Lab was 14 when we let him cross the bridge. We were so dumb, we should of done it sooner but we couldn't and he suffered due to our not wanting to let him go.

Our second lab Rip was my dog. He was my huge lovebug. He had Lymphoma and crossed at 7. I was crushed. It was like I didn't even have air in me. To this day I miss him.

Max is Gabe's boy. When we picked him up I put him in Gabe's arms and wanted them to bond. They are best buds and he sort of puts up with me. As Gabe would say- I'm the meal ticket.

Thank you for sharing your Max with me.

    1. Thanks. He's doing ok. Right now we have to keep a close eye on three hot spots. It's also allergy season and he also has breathing issues.

No matter what he is very loved.

      Thanks for stopping by Rita.

    1. Hi Elaine,

That is great that Louie is still with you!!! I hear from Marlene once in awhile and remember her cat RED? He passed away this year.

The laser treatments have been Max's saving grace. He was going twice a week for quite a while and now he only has to go once a month.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Max and I send you lots of love and hugs
