Dehydrator Zucchini Flax Wraps

Ingredients:

2 large zucchini- unpeeled

2 cups water

1 1/2 cups ground flax seeds

1 teaspoon dried oregano 

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

 Directions:

Set dehydrator to 102 degree's F ( 40 C ). Line 2 shelves with parchment paper

Place cut up zucchini and water in a blender. Process for about 2 minutes.

Pour zucchini mixture into a bowl and add remaining ingredients- Stir to combine.

Pour mixture onto two prepared shelves- Spread unto 1/2 inch thick.

Place in dehydrator for 5 to 6 hours.

Turn shelves after the allotted time.  Dehydrate another hour.

Cut into desired shape.


Note: I love my dehydrator. I bought it to dry roselle- which I make tea and sometimes jelly. 

I will make this again! VERY GOOD!
