Blueberry Vanilla Yogurt Popsicles

Found this recipe on  The Slow Roasted Italian

Nice healthy treat and with the heat I know I'll be making more!

Ingredients:

3 ½ cups of low fat vanilla yogurt
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen defrosted
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

Combine blueberries and honey in a small bowl.

Add 2 cups yogurt and the blueberry mixture into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Fill the Popsicle molds with 1 1/2 cups of the vanilla yogurt. Spoon the blueberry mixture on top of the vanilla yogurt and freeze for 24 hours.

  1. Mmmmmm...that's my kind of popsicle. Robin said it's a bad blueberry season up where we pick.....the minute they open they get picked out in a day......darn it. Oh well....good to know you can use frozen ones. I'll have to find my popsicle molds-we'd love these.
