April Books

The Lost For Words Bookshop There is a lot of heart in the telling of this story, even though it tackles some very serious subjects: domestic abuse, mental illness, stalking, friendship and what constitutes family. Loveday, a young woman who feels she has no family or love in her life, finds that family and love come in many forms, if you allow yourself to be open to them.

The Lonely Hearts Book Club Sometimes when you set out to save someone with only pure intentions, what you put out in the World is returned to you in spades!

Such A Quite Place There is a good twist that propels the story forward and brings so many more questions to the table

  1. You know I love your book reviews for the month. All of these are going on my growing list of must reads. My list is so long, I may have to hibernate for a few months and read them all. My daughter is really into Colleen Hoover's books. Have you read any of hers??

    1. I never heard of Colleen, will have to check her out- thanks. You know I listen to A LOT of books. I have a book almost ALL the time. When I cook, bake, garden, travel in the car, garden- there is always a story going on in my ears. This month was difficult. I only put books that I rate four and above. Thus there were quite a few duds. The ones I did add I really liked- The Lonely Hearts Book Club was my favorite.
