Ingredients:
⅔ cup whole milk
½ cup frozen blueberries
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons full-fat Greek yogurt
Directions
Combine milk, blueberries, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Blend until mixture has thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in Greek yogurt.
Divide mixture between 4 small serving glasses or jars. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, until thickened and set.
Mey gave me a few bags of frozen blueberries.
You are so lucky to have such a great neighbor who keeps you stocked up with veggies and fruit. This sounds like something you would have in the summertime. Enjoy !!!!
ReplyDeleteYes it is. Mey needed to "downsize" stuff in her freezer. She went overboard at Walmart and came home with meat that needed to go in the deep freeze.
DeleteHer grandson is now living with her- he's in high school and only likes certain meat- which she buys for him.
So nice that Mey has her grandson living with her. It must be a big help.
