3 Ingredient Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookie

 




Ingredients:


1 cup peanut butter

1 cup Splenda

1 egg


Directions:

Preheat oven to 325

Line Cookie sheets with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, mix together the peanut butter, Splenda and egg. Mix until blended.

With a cookie scoop add dough to cookie sheets.

Bake about 8 to 10 minutes.

Mey told me this morning that she made Richard peanut butter cookies but they came out hard. They were so bad the dog didn't even want them!

I told her I would make him some. She said make sure they were sugar free. I have a big bag of Splenda so that wasn't a problem.

These cookies come out SUPER soft. 

I took them over and Mey is allowing him to only eat 2 a day which he was NOT happy about- LOL

    1. Honestly Rita- this was the easiest recipe I EVER made! LOL

      They are super soft when you take them out. Let the sit on the cookies sheet for awhile then put them on a cooling rack. They will firm up a bit.

  2. Now, this is my kind of recipe. I am going to get some Splenda and make them. It is hard to believe these are cookies. Can't wait to make them.

    1. Myra- they come out SOFT! Looks at the post I left for Rita. Richard is allowed only 2 a day and Mey put the rest in the freezer
