Steamed in the Instant Pot is now my favorite way to eat Bok Choy




 2 to 3 small bunches of Bok Choy


Directions:

  Take apart each of the leaves one by one and wash each individually cause there's lots of dirt between leaves. No cutting needed.

Place Bok Choy in steamer basket.

Add one cup of cold water, high pressure for 0 min

Quick release after the 0 minutes.


You can add any type of sauce.

I did a REAL easy sauce. Aldi's Asian Sesame .


Note: I never did anything at ZERO minutes and it came out perfect.

The Bok Choy  was from Ae-Yun. Another goodie from her Dads garden.
