ALMOND ROLO COOKIES




Ingredients:

 3/4 cups butter 
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 bag rolos ( remove foil)
1/2 tsp almond extract
2-1/2 to 3 cups flour


Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 F.

Cream together softened butter and sugars. 

Add in eggs, vanilla and almond extract and mix. 

Add dry ingredients until well blended.

Take a Rolo,  and fold cookie dough around it to make a ball. 

Bake 350 F for 8-10 minutes


These are yummy! A make again.

  2. Those sound yummy! I've never made a "stuffed" cookie before. I think because I worry about what's inside oozing out onto the cookie sheet. Dumb huh?
