Winter Fruit Salad





Ingredients:

2 cans ( 15 ounce) mandarin oranges - drained

1 large Bartlett pear - diced

1 large Gala apple- diced

5 Kiwi  - peeled, sliced and halved

I'm going to use this as the -dressing

Add all the cut up fruit and mandarin in a large bowl-add dressing to taste.

I made this twice. The first time I added the dressing to taste and it was good. Made it again and this time I didn't add anything- tasted just as good. Either way it's a healthy salad.

  1. This dressing sounds good. Going to have to try it. I am strange, I like my fruit separate. I mean I eat, apples alone. I am not a mixed it up person. The dressing probably could be used on salad also. Thanks Linda for sharing.
