Walking into the sunrise

Gabe and I walk every morning. We meet a few of our neighbors and usually walk about two miles.

 Great exercise and fun conversations.

  1. Linda I miss my walks so much. I have a nice park I used to walk at every morning and sometimes in the early evening with older folks. I can't wait to get my walker on wheels with brakes and a seat . I will be able to walk again. Maybe not like I used to but to get out there to walk will be a joy for me. Walking is a gift from God. I did a lot of my talking to our Lord on my walks. I'm very happy you and Gabe walk. Do you still walk with Max?

    1. Gabe gets out at 5 and does 2 miles ( twice in the neighborhood) We get out at 6:30 again and meet up with Chi, Sharon and Don. Mey usually joins us but she is in Maryland for 2 months visiting her daughter. Bunch of old folks who wave to all the neighbors going to work.

    2. You are so lucky to have such a great group to walk and chat with. This makes the walks fun and you don't even realize how far you walked.
