COQUITO ★Puerto Rican Style Caribbean Eggnog

Carlos, our neighbor gave us a bottle of homemade coquito. This is a family recipe they make every year.

16 oz Coconut milk
8.5 oz coconut cream
12 oz evaporated milk
14 oz condensed sweeten  milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cinnamon sticks
16 ounces white Rum ( not flavored)

Pour the coconut milk, coconut cream, evaporated milk, condensed sweeten milk, vanilla, rum,  into a blender.  Blend until well combined, add cinnamon sticks to bottle. Carlos gave us a 25.5 ounce bottle. Refrigerate over night.

Merry Christmas!!

  1. Now this is an eggnog I would drink. Going to have to try this. I guess I could make half of the recipe. I have the coconut milk, but not coconut cream. Will have to look for this. Sounds so good. Thanks Linda, and thanks Carlos. Yum.

  2. I love eggnog. I don't have the coconut milk or cream.

  3. Sounds amazing! Thanks for sharing at the What's for Dinner party!

  4. Just a heads up guys, I actually used 16oz of white rum for the mix! Glad you enjoyed it!

  5. It's always nice to try new recipes! Thanks for sharing at Party in Your Pjs.

  6. I hope you had a lovely Christmas, Linda! Your eggnog sounds delicious! Thank you so much for being a part of the Hearth and Soul lInk party. Hope to see you at the first party of the year tomorrow. Happy New Year!
