Grandma Trudi Cocktail Weiners

Trudi has a wonderful grandson. He loves his grandma's cooking and downloaded her recipe book for all to enjoy. I'm adding all of her recipes HERE.

  Gabe really liked these!

Ingredients:

1 package cocktail weiners
1   package bacon - cut into thirds
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

wrap bacon around weiner and secure with a toothpick

Place in a baking dish

Mix the brown sugar and dry mustard in a small bowl. Sprinkle over bacon wrapped weiners.

Bake at 375 until bacon is crispy, about 40 min.

Easy!

  1. What a great grandson Trudi has-and I bet his grandmother loved sharing her recipes too. It's so special when you see handwritten recipes....I know the time it takes to do that. I have a lot of my aunts' recipes along with my Mom's recipe boxes and notebook all in her handwriting. I cherish them all.

Those would make great party appetizers!
