I bet Max doesn't mind one bit. He looks very happy being in his own big bay swimming hole. Wish I had one of those nearby, tho Chase doesn't like water too much except to drink. Happy Max Monday to you all.
Perfect for him in the hot humid weather. SO glad he likes the water.....most of our dogs were like Myra's-they'd drink it but that's the extent of it. One of our dogs loved water so we got her a kiddie pool for the fenced in area out back. She'd step in it and then go wild running in and out of it-kind of like an ice cream headache. Bob thought it was fun to leave the hose in when he was filling it and she'd bite at the water. He didn't think it was too funny when she grabbed the hose and soaked him.....I thought it was pretty humorous though. :)
Our first Lab- Rex REALLY loved the water, in fact where Max swims is where we placed Rex's ashes. We would open the gate and he would do a dash to the water. .
You've made me miss Mindy, our lab. She's been gone for about 10 years now. Best darn dog in the world. Thanks for linking up at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2015/08/orchids-variety-in-bloom.html
Would love to comment on your blog but I don't belong to google plus- Love that silver dress, not that I could fit in it!! Maybe in my 40's but no way now!

ReplyDeleteIt's a 15 minute walk to the bay. He loves it there. Private and gets to cool off.
