Mango Mousse - EASY!
This recipe is from Jo and Sue.
Mango's were on sale and I knew it would be delicious in the mousse.
Bonus it's easy! You can enjoy it any time of the day.
Ingredients for the Basic Mousse:
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup cool whip
For the Mango Mousse
1 ripe mango- peeled and chopped in the food processor
Directions:
Place the mango in the food processor and puree.
Add the yogurt and pulse a few times
Place the mango/yogurt mixture in a medium size bowl and gently fold in the cool whip.
Please check out 2 Ingredient Mousse (with a bazillion alternatives) from Jo and Sue. I also made the Funfetti Greek Yogurt Mousse, which was yummy.
