I'm SO glad these women were dedicated enough to go back and help this dog. AND I PRAY they caught the S.O.B. who abused and starved him. It sounds like he's doing great in his new home and getting lots of love and care-which he deserves.
What possesses people to do this to animals is beyond me........honestly..........
What an amazing story. It takes lots of love and patience, and these women had both. The dog is so healthy looking now. We need lots more of these people in the world.
That poor dog was a very sorry mess! So glad the girls stuck with him, gaining his confidence and getting him the help he needed. Amazing story and such excellent results.
I not only love reading these rescue stories, but I love people who are so adept at being able to handle the situations of rescuing. I am a bit afraid of dogs in general (esp. breeds bigger than what I weigh), and I wish I wasn't afraid, but I love these stories.
