  2. I want a cookie! I'm allergic to peanuts but, I can eat one cookie without any problems. I asked my allergist why & he said it was likely because it was baked. So can I snitch one from you? :)

  8. Okay, and thank you so much for sharing, and making me Mommy of the Year again. My son who will be 43 this December, is the original cookie monster, and he lovers Captain Crunch, so therefore peanut butter cookies is at the top of his list. Sooooooooooooo because he married the DIL from hell sometimes I love to mess with her from time to time. hehehe My bad! So I think I'll bake these (she can't cook much less bake ~snicker~), so these will be first on my agenda this week cuz I get the kids this weekend. WOO HOO and it's not my fault they want to take some home... now is it! THANK YOU LOTS! ~snicker-snicker~ MY BAD!

  19. I love the idea of using cane syrup in cookies. I'm not wild about the syrup on it's own, but I love cooking/baking with it. Thank you for sharing with the final See Ya in the Gumbo party and thank you for all the support you've shown, Linda. Features from last week will be posted tonight and I'm thrilled to tell you that my son chose these cookies to be included in the final features!
