4 ingredients/No sugar Coffee Frappe
This recipe is from Make The Best out of Everything. Since I had a few frozen banana's in the freezer and almond milk I wanted to try it.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups frozen chopped bananas
3/4 cup leftover cold coffee
1/4 cup almond milk ( or milk of your choice- you could also try Greek yogurt to sub for the milk)
1 teaspoon Watkins caramel extract
Directions:
Place everything in a blender and combine until the banana is thoroughly combined.
Enjoy your little healthy pleasure!

This one is for me to pass on to Monica.....she makes all kinds of drinks like this, and she might really like this one. I don't go for fruit in drinks, except regular orange juices. This looks very good tho.
ReplyDeleteMyra- let me know if she likes it!
