We had a few fillets last night for dinner and today we will eat the rest. Gabe was so excited he got three with his spear gun.

I put it under the broiler- came out perfect.
Wow, those are some big fish. Is this a picture from the boat that Gabe was on?? I sure hope you got a fish or 2.
Gabe got three and Neil got the other three. They had a great time. The trip was a birthday gift to Gabe from Neil.
I love sea bass~ sure looks like a mean little critter. Hard to find anymore unless I go to a meat market and all the small shops are almost gone around here. enjoy~
