OMG.......I have Chills looking at these pictures. What great pictures !!! Luna and Max sure missed each other, and I can see this is going to be a lifetime friendship of the 2. LOVE these, Linda..Ummm, better get those cookies in the oven, I can see the boys are following them to the baking smells. Welcome back to LI, let the fun times begin..
LOL Myra- YOU know it! Jake and crew gave me huge hugs and said welcome home cookie girl. Now I need to get to the store so I can whip up something good for them.
Max is so happy, he sits by the window now and looks for her. So darn cute.
Oh my goodness-what a WELCOME HOME for all of you! Both Max and Luna are smiling-all's right with the world again for them. AND the boys-the COOKIE LADY IS BACK! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!
Gosh I didn't even think about Max never seeing snow........wonder how he'd like it?
Paddi- he LOVES to play! He doesn't have a pal in Florida and has known Luna since he was a baby. It's funny cause Luna use to body slam him but now that he's double the weight she doesn't like it when he body slams her and she lets him know!
I'd love to hear Max's and Luna's conversation! 😊 Seems like everyone is happy that you've returned. Get settled quicklyso you can get started on the cookies, Linda!
And the girls are right, Luna was so excited to see Max, but the boys? They're excited to see YOU back. It's always heartwarming to see dogs reunited with their friends, it's as though they have smiles that never stop. Luna has a big smile.
Luna almost wasn't here. She was very sick this winter. They had to give her huge doses of antibiotics and thank God she's ok. I know if anything happened to her Max would of been looking and looking for her.
Dottie see Max's legs in the first photo? He only has one on the ground! I need a shirt- "Cookie Girl" you know like the superman one! Before you know it the kids will be to big to think about cookies. They will be in to other things but for now they have a great time outside doing all the stuff kids use to love to do.
Think she about 5. She was a puppy when Rip was old. He could never play with her. He would try but his joints were full of arthritis. I have a feeling she had something from a tick. There's a new tick out here that's a killer. People have died from the bite. Jake and his mom said Luna couldn't walk, and it was all of a sudden. They got her to the vet and she received large amounts of antibiotics. I'm just glad they got her to the vet right away and the vet knew what to do.

Yeah, cookie girl is back and think I'll start them off with the orange cookie. Let's see what the true cookie critics think of it :-)

DeleteI am so glad that Luna got better. How scary it must have been for them. How old is Luna? I still have chills looking at the picture.
