I have a few "make again" or 5 stars recipes for Mac and Cheese but Divingabe loves this one. I make it when we have company and always asked to share the recipe.

Josephine Braswell's Macaroni & Cheese
8 ounce box elbow macaroni
1 8 oz package Velveeta Cheese
1 12 oz package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 12 oz can of evaporated milk
4 tablespoons ( 1/2 stick) butter or margarine
Cook and drain the macaroni.
Add to a oven proof casserole.
Melt the Velveeta, sour cream and cream cheese in the butter
Add the milk and stir until smooth.
Ass 1/3 of the mozzarella and pour over the macaroni.
Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella over the top.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Don't let it brown on top. You want it to be creamy and the mozzarella will be stringy.
Ready to go in the oven
