Death by Chocolate Cookies

Chocoholics, you are going to love these cookies! Found the recipe on The Domestic Rebel.

Ingredients:

1 16.5 ounce box Duncan Hines Devils Food Cake Mix *
2 large eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup semi - sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips **
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 177 degrees C

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or spray the sheets with non- stick spray and set aside.

Combine the cake mix, eggs and oil in a medium size bowl and beat ingredients with a wooden spoon until combined.

Drop a tablespoon of the dough onto the cookie sheet and space two inches apart and bake 8-10 minutes.

Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for about 2- 3 minutes before removing to cooling rack

* Blogger used Betty Crocker cake mix and she did not mention the size of the mix.

** Milk chocolate was from an Easter bunny which was 75% off. I chopped it up.

Reviews from people I gave this to

Ted- " this is not making it home"

Marie- " Very good and will share with Amanda"

AND you can see Polly liked them!

  1. If I ate all the goodies that I see you post it would be death for me for sure. I have tried using non sugar things to make them so I can have them and they just don't taste as good as the real thing the way our Mom's and Grand Mothers cooked. It is a pleasure to see how many you have made happy with your goodies. So I will taste them through their faces of happiness as they enjoy them.
