It's hard to put into perspective

How good some people can still be.

So much happiness into a family's life for only about $300 (for a theatrical costume) and some spare time. I hope this motivates some other people to do the same. There are 213 Children's Hospitals in the United States. Wouldn't it be awesome if other people could get a super hero into every one of these hospitals once a year?

  1. What a wonderful thing to do. You're right Linda-something that simple could bring so much joy. Here, a lot of the professional athletes from the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Celtics go to Children's Hospital and a lot of the other hospitals in the Boston area visiting sick kids.

It only takes a little time to bring some sunshine into the day of someone that's sick......

  2. Simple things that can brighten someone's life are the best kind of things. We have lots of professional athletes like Carol, from the sports teams who go to the hospitals and nursing homes. When they show the joy on the faces of those who are visited, it is so beautiful to see.

  3. We also have the athletes that do this. It is so nice to see those miles on those sweet young faces. They also have Grant A Wish for the little ones. Yes we all ccould ind a way to put a smile and bring joy to those that need it. Happy Easter to each of you.

  4. how wonderful. Wasn't Spiderman's name Peter Parker? People can do amazing things and not even realize it. Just smile at someone, most times you'll get a smile back. Be nice, it doesn't cost you a thing. In my job, most people aren't feeling well and tend to be crabby because they've had bad experiences. sometimes just being nice and putting others before yourself can make biggest difference. you can change an attitude and not even know it. Parker was a happier kid that day and what kid wouldn't want to meet a superhero? Be a superhero in your own way and make someone's day
