  1. This quilt was stunning. It was difficult to get a good photo due to the light in the room.

  2. I can't imagine how much time and talent must have been required to do this.

  3. Ohhhhh my goodness the talent some people have. I've said it before and I'll say it again-I envy those that can create these beautiful masterpieces. I wish I had 1/8th of their skill!

    1. The light in the room was awful and the quilt was hung by a door. It was sunny and every time someone opened the door the light changed. The photos with the flash didn't come out at all and I used the manual settings.

      Thanks for stopping by.

      Hugs,

  6. This is mind boggling to me. It is amazing how the person made this quilt. So much time and patience. It had to be pieced together just so. WOW !!

    1. I wish you could of seen it in person, Gabe couldn't come in the building. We had Max with us and I told him he had to go in to see it. Gabe is NOT into quilts but when he came out he said that was an amazing piece of work.

      Hugs,
      Linda

  7. I have made a few quilts but nothing like this. Mine pale next to this stunning work. I've never seen anything close to this. It is beyond anything I've ever see's. What talent. Women back then knew how to keep their hands and minds busy. Such creativity..
