  1. Ohhhhhh mu goodness! I'm so glad the Coast Guard could get them freed and back in the water. My God, they would have died if they didn't cut them loose. Especially the second one. You could see how grateful he was when that guy cut the line.......gasping for air.....my heart cried seeing him struggle then smiled when he "jumped" back in the water.

    1. I didn't plan to put this video up but when I saw the line around it's neck and when the Coast Guard removed it I wanted others to have that good feeling knowing they saved two lives.

  2. It's disgusting to see how some people think the beaches & oceans are personal trash cans. Randall & I usually walk the beach when we're on vacation early in the morning drinking our coffee, picking up trash broken glass. Years ago a woman was on the beach & said "it's beautiful here" Randall said disgustedly "it would be if people would use the trash cans" she had just thrown her paper coffee cup onto the sand & kept walking. "What? It's biodegradable" I picked up & put it in the trash can. Her husband just kept walking & said "I can't believe you did that" I just shook my head. Those guys made the turtles very happy that day

  3. Yes it is sad what people do. I wonder if those balloons were some that people let go to fly off in the sky and they just came down in the water eventually. You never know where they will end up. I am happy that the Coast Guard was there. Cyndy thank you also for what you do when on the beach. You may have saved a life.
