Visit to Tallahassee

Last Monday, Gregory and I went to Tallahassee Museum Of History And Natural Science and Tallahassee Antique Car Museum.

I took lots of PHOTOS and hope you enjoy them!

Just a note on the weather- 26 degrees last night!!!! Tonight is suppose to be the same. I thought I was in Florida :-(

  1. What fun you guys had! So much to see. I took a look at that black bear and said Yup, I recognize him from the back yard!....sheesh.

All those old toys-and I say "old" tongue in cheek----the Brooke Shields and Dorothy Hamill dolls are NOT that old are they Linda? Just saw Brooke Shields on "The Chew" yesterday-she still looks wonderful...and so does Dorothy Hamill. Those dolls are treasures since they're still intact in the box. I had one of the original Barbie dolls back in the day-thought I was supposed to play with it-and did-didn't know once it left the box it would be worth peanuts.

Thanks for letting me tag along on your adventure, Linda. Oh and I saw your temperatures on the weather last night-that was the FIRST THING I said to Bob.....Linda must think "aren't we in Florida now?" They must have hitched a ride in the back of the truck when you weren't looking.

  2. Wow, I feel like an antique, since many of those cars and toys I can remember. The metal cars and trucks are so awesome. We have a tractor, and I bet if it was restored, it could be in the museum. I was amazed at the pianos. Some of them are very colorful. Really enjoyed going on the tour with you and Gregory.

Boy 26 is really cold for Florida. It was I think warmer than that here this morning, but the wind makes it feel much much colder. Hope you warm up a bit. You might be thinking you were back in NY. Buffalo really got socked with snow, and more is coming.
