MM 115 Weeks

Last time at the dog park in Southampton.

I'm posting this a day early because we are leaving after midnight for Florida.

Unfortunately  I didn't get any photos of Luna and Max before we left. Luna isn't out of the house much and when she is she doesn't want to play.

  1. Max is going to miss his friends at the dog park. Poor Luna, she hasn't been the same since she had the Lyme. Maybe you can get a dog park started down in Fl. There has to be somewhere they can fence off for the dogs.

You must be so busy rushing around. I wish you safe travels, and will be looking forward to your tales from Central Florida when you get situated.

  2. I agree with Myra-Max is gonna miss his play time at the park......but it will be there in the spring and he can make a bunch of new friends.

Oh, I didn't know Luna was still not feeling good. What a shame. Doggone ticks and that stupid Lyme disease-it does a job on humans AND animals. Geez.

Safe travels to you girlfriend. I know you're looking forward to that nice warm weather.

  3. Have a safe trip South. I know Max will miss the dog park but I am sure he will have adventures for us all to go on Mondays. I didn't know Luna was sick. I must of missed something on the blog. Safe travels . Elaine

  4. I'm glad you posted this early then because I don't want to miss Max. Good thing he travels well. Labs are great dogs and I love mine. Have a safe trip my friend. I hope Luna heals fast and gets better soon.

Myra, I'm so sorry the box is going out late. But, tomorrow is the day it goes out and Randall has promised me that he will have them get it there as fast as possible. it usually takes 2-3 days when there are perishables in the box.

    1. Oh Cyndy, no need to apologize. You are so nice to send it to me. I can't wait to taste it. I had Linda give me your address. I want to reimburse you for the postage. I bet it is going to be delicious, since all the recipes you have posted are so mouth drooling. I really appreciate you being so nice. Do you sell your foods online? I told Linda she really should look into a mail order business.

  5. Oh no you don't. It's my gift to you. You're very sweet. It's got a nice kick to it. I'll be sending a box to Linda soon too! Ask her for my email so we can stay in touch.
    Hugs to you!

    1. You are the sweet one. I will be waiting with an open mouth...:-). I sure will ask for her for your email. I thought I did, but these days, my memory has gone the way of the horse and buggy. I was in your neck of the woods long ago. I had neighbors who had moved out to Ca from Phila, and I went to visit them. I think they are living in Orange County now. Thanks again Cyndy, you are a real friend.

    4. I sure do love spicy.........although when I eat it I start coughing, but that is part of the fun...:-) If I remember correctly, my old neighbors had moved to Pomona in the beginning.

    5. Then remember to have it with cream cheese to keep the peppers from making you cough. I like it on toasted bread or bagels or bagel chips or even wheat thins. Tracker says it should reach you by Wednesday!

    6. Cyndy....I sent you a private message on Facebook. It said the message would go to your other folder....if you check that, you can message me and I will give you my email. Funny thing is, I cough and choke and then go back for more. LOL

  6. Wow how time flies and your on your way back to Florida. I pray for a safe trip. Prayers for Luna also. Yes Max will miss his friends. Starting a park for the dogs sounds like a good idea.

  7. I can't believe how quickly this past summer went by. It seems not so long ago we went into town and took Max for a walk. Have a safe trip down to Florida. Max will miss his NY buddies, I'm sure you'll find a nice doggie park in Florida. Have a safe trip down to Florida. You're heading south at a good time, it's starting to get cold. We actually had snow flurries in the Chicago area yesterday morning.

  8. Hi Linda! Wishing you a safe trip to Florida without any unnecessary hang ups. Hopefully Max will travel well as usual. He'll be glad to get home and stretch out again and revisit his favorite spots from earlier in the year.

I bet Leda will be scanning the street watching for your arrival "back home"! I'll be watching for word that you've arrived and getting settling in quickly. Will you have a Gregory visit fairly soon?

    Take care!
