What a fantastic story-and what a very special lady. We have an elderly man here in town who walks every day and he waves at all the passing cars. A wave and a smile no matter if the car is coming towards him or in the other direction. People wave and beep their horn............and smile. This lady has brightened so many of those kids' days-I'm so glad they brightened hers with that special assembly. This is why I just love your blog, Linda..........you post the best things. That story started my day off with a smile too. :)
What a heartwarming post. This lady is very special, and the kids know that she is there for them, more so than some others. Thanks for the smile.
You know Carol- I love adding little stories like the above. There are so many nasty people out there and it good to know that good people still are around.WELCOME BACK MYRA! Missed you and I know you have a great time.
You're so right, Linda. It seems like all we hear about is the not so nice people these days instead of the wonderful people like this woman. More stories like this should be front and center.YAY! Myra's back! Sure did miss you when you were gone. Hope you had a nice vacation. :)
This has me in tears. What a lovely Lady. Those kids were wonderful to recongnise her with such a thoughtful loving way. Thank you Linda for such a warm loving story. Hi Myra welcome back. Missed your posts.
