  1. Oh these husbands and how they carry on when they see an ingredient they don't think they're gonna like in something on the counter. What they don't know won't hurt them. Bob is that way with pineapple..........then when I tell him it's in something after he's raved about how good it is he always says "yeah I could taste it."

    Of course you could.

HAHAHAHA Linda, I love your Taste of Home explanation..........that's cute.

I've never tried this egg salad recipe-heard lots about it-Bob loves egg salad-maybe some day I'll surprise him with some of this.

  2. Love your comments Linda. I am not an egg eater, and I can't even stand sitting there when people are eating them. It goes back to something that happened to me in cooking class when I was in junior high, a long time ago, but still in my mind. I know it is mind over matter, but I get so queasy when I see cooked eggs. I can cook with them, but never give me a cooked egg.

Anyways, I am glad that you stuck with the recipe, and that Gabe loved it. Didya give Max a taste??

  3. Ga Everyone, My days are just flying by way too quickly. You know Linda, This one certainly has been around the block so many times. and than some. I thought I was the only one that hadn't made it. It certainly has been a huge hit on the B.

I too will give this one a try one of these days. I think its the cooked dressing that keeps holding me back. But I trust your Review and will give it a shot.

  4. Yes Myra, Max loved it! He was grunting- what we call talking to us, telling us to hurry up so he could have some.

Janie- When I saw that it was boiled I thought ok- just try it- little did I know it was gonna be so good, May be a oldie but still has plenty a spunk in her step!

  5. I've never seen an egg salad like this before with a boiled "sauce" and cream cheese. It looks very rich and creamy. Haven't made egg salad since probably Easter. This post makes me want some!
Thank you for linking this week--sorry I am late stopping by.
