Save money on groceries

When it comes to grocery stores, no matter where I am, they seem to call my name and I come running.

While traveling I've been to the only grocery store in Bonaire, which I was surprised the eggs were not refrigerated to a tiny grocery store in Yap where there were tons of Pringles, never knew they came in so many flavors!

At home Walbaums is my favorite and King Kullen if they have anything good on sale. I know almost all the cashiers by name and they know me. I usually head over to Best Yet in Riverhead because their prices are so much lower.

When I found this link, I knew I had to share it ASAP!

  1. Ohhhh Linda-we use the same grocery store "radar" I think-I LOVE checking out new grocery stores wherever we go-you just never know if they're gonna be carrying something you've been looking all over the place for.

What a cool list-don't know if my grocery store does that....I'll have to cross reference this week's flyer and see if the stuff listed in August is on sale. I bet the produce won't be-doggone stuff is sky-high in price. Thank goodness the garden is still behaving.

    1. I know what you mean about the produce Carol! That's why we go to Riverhead, prices are almost half there on produce.

  2. Gm, I too am like a magnet to food stores. What is with that. What a handy Guide. Going to check it out better when I have more time.
Mr's computer on the fritz. Here we go again.
    Interesting subject Linda.

    Have a great day.

    1. Oh No Janie! Back to one computer again? What's not to like about a grocery store! Thanks for peeking in.
