Baked Parmesan Zucchini Sticks

I had one small  zucchini which I wanted to use. I found the recipe  Here,which I adapted. Should  of checked TOHBB first but this was saved and figure I would try it.

 
3 large zucchini, sliced longways, halved and cut into sticks( One small one)
2 eggs ( one egg)
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs( townhouse crumbs)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried garlic powder
Olive oil spray

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Spray pan
Cut zucchini into strips
whisk eggs
combine breadcrumbs,cheese,oregano,garlic powder
Dip zucchini in egg
Dip egged zucchini into crumb mixture
place on baking sprayed tray.
Bake 10 min for one side
flip zucchini and bake for another 10 min. until golden brown






We both thought they were bland for our taste. If I make again would use one of the cajun spices.
